  2. Operational Excellence:

    • From dispatch protocols to equipment management, I’ll leave no stone unturned.
  3. RolePlay Enhancement:
    • RolePlay is the heart of our EMS service. I’ll lead by example, immersing myself fully in every scenario.
    • Training sessions, workshops, and feedback loops will elevate our RolePlay standards.

Strategies for RolePlay Improvement​

To take our RolePlay to the next level, I propose the following:
