Efe was born in 1995 in deustchland berlin after the age of 17 efe decided to stop going to school because he hated going to school and his family didnt like it so efe stopped living with his family in the age of 17 and then when efe turned 19 years old he decided to join the gang named marabunta grande and the leader was named as Hasbelkader Mithat teached efe how to shoot people how to earn money by robbing people however when efe learned everything from hasbelkader mithat he was thinking what he can do to get another job after 6 months later hasbelkader called efe to join lspd.
Career Story :
After dedicating himself to his position in Marabunta gang by helping hasbelkader mithat by making the term end in a sucsessfull way hasbelkader mithats term ended and efe became lonely cuz hasbelkader mithat was not gona be in the city of los santos however efe joined the gang named ballas gang as deputy cuz efe had the knowledge of all of the rules of gang and he started to teach people how to fight in a good way then hasbelkader mithat called efe and told him to clear his background and tell him to join lspd cuz he was the chief of lspd and now efe is assistant chief of police and teaching people how to do thinks in good way.
Outcomes :
1- Efe can take bribes. ( up to 100k and illegal items on the suspect )
2- Efe can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3- Efe can engage in any type of criminal activities if he feels to.
4- Efe can sell, buy or use any type of weapons for his personal safety and profit. ( exception, gears from FIB )
5- Efe can take contracts or start random prison breaks due to his mental issues. ( with Darknet task or using USB )
6- Efe can break IC Laws and able to use his position in FIB.
7- Efe can smash and break bodycams. ( /try 2 times per situation )
8- Efe can use truth serum on suspect for get true information. ( /try 2 times per situation )
9- Efe can torture people if they dont follow his demands and if there is a life threating situation for himself he can protect himself and kill the suspect. ( with proper RP )
