2- Why you want to be leader of this specific organization?:
I was the 1st NG Leader here in EN3, unfortunately due to OOC reasons i finished my term early. I started the entire org alone from scratch, in a moment where everything was chaos and the city started. I tried my best to make the best org possible, and with the help of many good people, the NG became an efficient and strong place to be. I would like to make that again, this time with better resources and availability, also with the help of experienced brothers in arms.
With time and effort, i want to make a serious military roleplay site, where we can do much more things than just keep gates and make ammo runs. Im searching to make new activities, events, parades, trainings, and change the NG from an unorganized place to an organized military structure.
I want to take the ideas of every soldier and implement them if they are good for the org, everyone will have the chance to talk and help to make a better place.
3: Your advice for improving the Roleplay in the org:
A- Re-organizing the ranks, there are 30 ranks for just not many people, so i want to make the ranks more meaningful and significant, not just a thing that no one respects.

B- Re-organize the uniforms. Make a design for every uniform, for every rank, to identify them and be more organized, no one will use whatever they want.
C- Make an immersive roleplay test for joining the org, not just a simple interview of 1 minute. Something that will train the new people to became better soldiers.
D- Organize trainings and events with other orgs, to improve the relations and enjoy more the service.
E- Make the departments of the NG more meaningful, for example, the only people available to use planes and choppers are the Air Force members. This is something that the peole dont respect at all, so there are going to be warnings and sanctions to the people that do whatever they want.
F- Organize parades with the vehicles and the soldiers of the NG, to cautivate the citizens and help recruit more people to our lines.
