i was new in the city , minding my business , a guy came and started rdming me and abusing me , when he knew that i was a new player he started abusing me more.. please take an action on him , Later my lease of the parking had expired , so i aksed him if he could drop me to the parking as my health was to low he told he will and then started rdming me again..........

I didn't spoke a word how would my voice be audible, can't u hear the air sound in back, I wasn't speaking
