2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1.I wanna be leader because i have 1 month with Lspd and 2 weeks with SAHP. and it will be a great experience for me and my RP life.also i will give all past members there ranks and give bonuses every 4 days and make NG the very best ORG in grand rp.
2. I was in LSPD for 1 month with SAHP for 2 weeks , and in NG for 1 week as a sergeant major, so i have a lot of experience as a state employer and have learnt a lot from these Experience, and i will try my best to don't do the mistakes in rules . Last thing If i got the leader i will let this ORG like others very funny not just keeping but a lot of funny activities.
3. My advice for the Roleplay is to make it more hard
1.I will try to make soldiers more practicing shooting training.
2. I will try my best to make all ORG members love this ORG and i will make it the best ORG.
3.I will also try to make a proper rank system, and try for evenly environment in NG also make sure everyone is doing his job properly and efficiently.
4. I will try to go as many global event ICly, as possible with help of curator.
5.I will make specific groups or teams for giing Training to new members who just join NG as there first Org or who dont have any Experiecne.
6.I will do regular check my self on every department i will make and make it work properly.
7.I will also make my boys ready to delivery ammo, do ammo run at any time for other orgs if they needed any time.
6.I will do my best to equal between all my ORG members.
Regiment recruitment(RR)- It will be the HR for NG and the training team
Airforce- It will provide us Air support in any kind of emergency.
Military Police- Which keeps eye on the perameters of NG for any possible NG raid.
Spc OPS- It will be the backbone of NG, these will be the Frontline soldiers who will respond at once for all emergency(GLOBAL) - store roberry- etc.
Crew Resource Management(CRM)- They will keep an eye on the warehouse, armory and will work as Medic Team in special missions.
