Question 1 Introduction
My name is Liam and i am a experienced member of the roleplay community with hours of playtime in multiple cities.
Question 2 Why do want to become the General Of The National Guard?
I have been apart of FIB, LSPD, SAHP And The National Guard and i know from my own experience that the level of communication and work between NG and other organization is very poor and i would like to change this.
I have amazing new ideas for National Guard such as new vehicles , new departments and new tactics for all situations.
I have exciting new ideas which could mean very big things for The National Guard.
Question 3 Why should we choose you as a Leader
Purely on the basis i have the experience to lead a successful NG term with zero strikes and complaints. Due to my high work ethic National Guard will easily be looked upon as the hardest working organization.
Question 4 Your advices for improving the level of roleplay within the organization.
Ensure all soldiers understand the actions taken during any given situation. They will be training drills for all soldiers regularly.
I will introduce new vehicles and new departments. ( can share in interview )
Ensure all soldiers are put through the appropriate training in line with their rank regularly which ensures all soldiers understand their place within the organization.
I will also try to host as many globals as possible with help from the National Guard Curator
