1)EXPERIENCE: In my one-month tenure with the LSPD, I gained invaluable experience in law enforcement, focusing on community safety and crisis management. Transitioning to the SAHP for two weeks, I deepened my understanding of traffic enforcement and highway safety protocols. Lastly, my brief two-week stint with the NG provided insight into disaster response and emergency management. These experiences underscored the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to public service, shaping me into a well-rounded and dedicated professional ready to serve and protect the community.

2)Ethical Leadership: I am committed to upholding high ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of leadership. As a leader, I will ensure that the organization operates with honesty, transparency, and accountability. By maintaining ethical practices, we can build trust with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and sustain long-term success while making a positive impact on society

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1) Diverse Roleplay Scenarios: Introduce a variety of Roleplay scenarios that challenge members to adapt to different situations and environments. Include scenarios that range from routine patrols to complex crisis management situations. By exposing members to diverse Roleplay experiences, they can develop versatile skills and enhance their ability to think on their feet and react effectively in any given situation.

2)Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between different departments or units within the NG organization to create integrated Roleplay experiences. Encourage joint operations, training exercises, and Roleplay events that involve members from various departments working together towards common objectives. This not only strengthens teamwork and cohesion but also provides opportunities for members to learn from each other and share best practices across departments
