I have been a member of the NATIONAL GUARD for 8 terms and I reached the position of MAJOR GENERAL it's been a long time serving the National Guard and giving my best and I have led Human Resources, Combat Resource Medic, and Military Police in my National Guard Journey. Now I have gained knowledge and experience to lead and control this beautiful Organization. I have not only worked in the National Guard but also worked in almost all legal as well as illegal organizations and gained experience during this journey I have learned many things from my higher-ups. Also made some mistakes and learned from them. So now I feel confident and experienced for the position of General
In my journey in the National Guard, I have seen some small mistakes that make the National Guard a little boring before the start of Raid Hours so to fulfill this some practice games can be played like Practice in Shooting Range or Arena Tournaments can be done which will improve the shooting skills and make the free time enjoyable
I am friendly which will protect my mates from any kind of pressure and help us to work as a team. I am also active, especially during peak hours which will help in smooth operations and assist members when needed also take suggestions from my fellow mates and implement them if they benefit the Organization
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Communication is one of the most important phrases to improve RP, It's a key to success in any field
2. I will try to increase the use of RP commands ( /try, /me, /do ) which will help to improve RP level
3. Doing Recruitment Drives at Different time zones so we get activity at all time
4. Regular Promotion Ceremony and High Bonus are also the best ways to increase activity because regular promotions motivate the members to work more and more
5. Good relation and strong bonds with other organizations is also a way to improve the RP level and the standards of the organization

Human Resources (HR) - For recruiting and training
Special Air and Sea Division (SASD) - Trained shooters for combat based situation
Air Force (AF) - For scouting missions, transportation of 10-15 etc.
Military Police (MP) - For making sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly.
Public Relations (PR) - For hosting PR events and interacting with citizens
