I was patching someone up without saying that I am going to patch him up, firstly I never saw any rule that say I have to say it before I patch someone, I were being 5 days in city while this happend, I would really like if the punishment will go lower and the warning removed, people doing worst things then not saying I am gonna patch you up and I got 7 days warning and 3 hours in jail.. is this fr??
