HISTORY
Times of Los Santos the daily newspaper reported several theories, believing a revolution would soon take place in Los Santos again, operational under the same man who built his empire back in September 2017, the alias “Vlad”. The early founders of the group Volkoff Bratva and Pablo Cortinez who helped Vladimir in operating his business in Los Santos abandoned the group. Late into the night of 25th September 2017, most of the key members of the group were found dead in a pre-planned structural fire in Serovskaya’s office. The story attracted a widespread attention in the media.
After the fall of Serovskaya Bratva, the well known robber, outlaw and criminal who as a freelancer spread terror amongst the entrepreneurs and the businessmen out in Los Santos left Vladimir Volkoff being plagued with guilt for months.
“Volkoff Bratva” was another operational criminal group of Los Santos under Vladimir Volkoff, the group was emerging from the ruins. They have been known for performing activities such as extortion, arson, wire fraud, credit card fraud, illegal firearm and narcotics trafficking. Volkoffs' power relied upon his ability to subordinate small groups of thieves under them. Their operative power was distinctive as they often recieved other bratvas' respects through their way of understanding of business.
The Volkoff Bratva listing the prominent figures Vladimir Volkoff, Pablo Cortinez, Berkerus Wallace, Boris Volkoff, injured a key member of the “Serovskaya Bratva“ traitor “Ermetano Carragio” who was beaten so severely that he developed a mental illness. He was involved in the conspiracy to end Volkoffs' business and continuing his “The Downtown Network” under their nose.
This action of Ermetano lead to demise of Serovskaya Bratva and ensured the Volkoffs to seize and absorb their operation and made them advance amongst other bratvas.
