2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1-VISION OF THE LEADER : first of all thank you for finding the time to read my application ... i would like to become the leader of vagos because of my ability to stratigize and making important decisions that will steer the my gang toward success amidst the various challenges and opportunities , while keeping all the members of my organisation inspired and working toghether to acheive our commun purpose showcassing cohesion , fraternity, unity and passion whitin the groupe
2-IMPACT AND EXPERIENSES : as a former hight command in different organisations not only as a leo or as a gangster but olso in my family i've mastered the skills of leadership and communication and i would like to use all those past experiences to try to help emprove the roleplay in this server in storing discipline ,respect of the rules ,loyalty and botherhood through my organisation ... i will try to make a meaningful inpact on this gameworld , shaping events , influencing outcomes and leaving a heritage and the last thing legacy throught diplomacy, strategic alliences and negociations
3- FRATERNITY AND SERIOUSNESS IN THE GANG : as a leader of this particular organisation i will seek to train the members of my gang teache and help them to understand the server rules and make sure they abide to them ... not only that but olso erradicating all form of racisme , toxicity inside my organisation and i will severly sanction anybody doing anything mensioned earlyer .
i would olso make sure to cooperate with the organisation curators helping eachothers to achieve succes and greatness during events ... speaking of these lasts and noticing that they are not taken thet seriously by the gangs these past weeks . i will make theme as a leader an amportant pivot of my term whether it is scripted events or none scripted ones .
alot of people think that a gang main activity is to shoot and rob in the ghetto , i would like to change that culture and show them that other rp activities are olso as fun and emportant such as making strategic alliences with other gangs on certain occasions to enrease our chanse of succes
for these reasons and more showcase the potenciel thet my leadership to this organisation could bring starting from a positive change of gangsters life , passing by meaningful connenctions and freindships , and hopefully accomplishing a last thing legaccy within this server
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1- befaure hiring anyone into the organisation i would require and IC age off 5+ years in the city , higher ranks would be given after an enterview including questions about server rules , ghetto rules ,event ruels ... making sure no violacens of these past rules would occure bringing punishment to the organisation
2- i will not tolerate any form of toxicity that could influence the rp experience of the players
3- encourage the turf members to be the strongest in the erea rising the yellow flag everywhere in the ghetto wich is one of my main goals
4- i will create a set of ranks to organise the roaster of my organisation and instore hierarchy with specific roles for the better functioning of the organisation
5-the ranks will be given based on past proven experiences ,knowledge of the server rules then after that could change based on the dedication and the acheivments of indeviduals members during the diferent events : store robberies - FZ raids - graffity sprays ...
6- i would ansure that the activity of my gang is regular devided trought out the whole day and night making sure that atleast me or one of my deputies will be present at all times to planify the events
7- a bonus systeme will be created to encourage the members to be more end more active in the city , it will be calculated every day and given every day based on the dedications of the members an their contrubitions
