Life story: Kesra was born in Mardin,Turkey. He was baby of a turkish family his family went to Irak, Musul from Mardin cause of his grandmother in Musul, after 3 years his parents were murdered. He didn't know what the reason was. Kesra, who was left without a mother and father at that time. He was adopted by Kurd family in Musul. His stepfather was a Police, and his stepmother is a housewife. When he was little, he always saw his stepfather in the Police Bureau. Sometimes he went to the Police office building with his father and stayed there. The day passed like this. Years later, he wanted to be like his father when he finishes school, he decides to become a Police.
Career story: Kesra joined Los Santos Police Department [LSPD] and got trained to be a Police, he completes his training and becomes Police after spending his 2 year as Police he gets retired due to his problems with his boyfriend and he meets with Vagos Leader and works for them and helps them to sell weapons to get money and he used to sell guns after 2 years after he meet with his parents and spoke with them and starts living with them, after 2 more years he wants to join Police Department and due to his experiences, he passes Police exams again and starts working as commissioner in Los Santos Police Department [LSPD] and still keeps his connections with the vagos leader for selling them weapons and selling information, Kesra Powerpuff continues to serve as a commissioner.
Outcomes:
1- Kesra is able to illegally buy or sell weapons. ( except to LSPD gears )
2- Kesra can take bribes. ( up to 100k and illegal items on 10-15's while arresting or releasing them)
3- Kesra can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
