Life Story: Kapo was born and raised in capital city of estonia known as Tallinn. Kapo was a street kid doing all sorts of bad things like robbing, stealing, trespassing etc... at the age of 18 Kapo and his family moved to dangerous city of los santos looking for a new life, him and his family bought a place at Strawberry streets. at the age of 19 he joined a gang called Los Santos Bloods he was the youngest gangster in the gang, at the age of 21 him and his gang did the biggest bank robbery in history with 50 gang members and the total loot was 300 million $. Kapo and his 50 gang members started the robbery november 25th 2023 they went in through the front door and in the bank there were 10 hostages. The FIB responded very fast to the robbery and the gang traded hostages for free passage. The gang came with 2 helicopters to lift the money out of there at the front FIB lied and turned into a big shoot out with the FIB and Bloods. 20 gang members died 10 of the them were arrested.
When the robbery ended the gang split the money with 20 gang members. Kapo received 15 million $ and lived a low level life at sandy shores.
Career Story: 12 years later Kapo had run out of the heist money that he got, so he decided to apply to LSPD. After being in a police academy for 5 months Kapo was promoted to a police officer giving out fines and arresting people. After 1 year Kapo joined the Detective department known as ID to investigate on gangs and hunt cannabis the ID department really needed some help with investigations, Kapo was the best detective in the department. 1 year later Kapo was promoted to dhod of ID department.
Outcomes:
1. Kapo can carry illegal items with him
2. Kapo can sell illegal items in the black market (except org items)
3. Kapo can receive bribes up to $100,000 and grab guns from 10-15 people while detaining or releasing them.
4. Kapo can try to find a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) Up to twice a circumstance and, if one is located, break it (/do smashes bodycam).
5. Kapo can use illegal guns and vests and items
