Here we got demand 100k for 1 hostage and as soon as we are leaving when hostage is safe they stared to shoot when we are leaving . They clearly broke ER 1.12 we complied and leaving they are not supposed to shoot until we do.

Based on the POV provided, there wasn't even any demands lmao. But if there were, if the trade was given - 100k for a hostage. There's no stopping the gangs to start shooting the LEOs, and likewise to the LEOs
