Hey Bobby, I just wanted to play grand rp today but couldn’t open the game. My epic games account which had gta was hacked and changed to some Russian email. I have lost access to my old social club as well. I do have another copy of gta so I wanted ask can I please log into the same account as at this point I can’t do nothing. Also till I am back can you issue a security ban to me in grand rp? It would all be of a great help!

If you lost access to your epic account games that doesn't mean you lost access to your GRP account. However, your account will be banned as requested above.​
