I got banned now for general rule 1.7 and it says : It is forbidden to transfer property as a gift (including neon shoes), whose total amount exceeds $5.000.000(You are allowed to receive 5.000.000$ and transfer 5.000.000$ per day.)(It is allowed to withdraw/deposit money from/to family balance.) | Ban 60
I really dont know if i had broken this role (1.7) or not i need to know please?
Dear honorable Administrators
after further investigation i remembered that i bought house 1058 for 5mil so i can keep it with me because he was planning to start a fruit business and roll on some money but when he wasn't able to get the 3 houses after some time he ditched the idea and i sold him the house back for the same amount (whitch is 5mil) and back then it was allowed to sell and buy houses for the state value and that house, state value was 3.5$ million witch we exceeded by 1.5$ million and back then the houses and businesses wasn't marked by the market value only by the state value and we asked an admin regarding that before he sell it to me and he confirmed to us that it was completely legal to do so and that it didn't evade any of the server rules and back then the server rules wasn't updated to such thing.
so basically back then when we did that the properties was just marked by the state value not the market value and i hope that this clears some points and i hope that you can consider my unban appeal and i hope that my money don't get wiped if could because I'm a friendly player and if this was clarified back then or prohibited i wouldn't do such thing.
