I am writing to appeal the ban imposed on my account due to a GR 1.1 violation. I am well aware of this rule and have always adhered to it—I have never shared my account details with anyone nor engaged in any trading activities. I am the sole owner of this account.
After a prolonged absence, I recently attempted to log in to my account on en2, only to find that I was unable to do so using my usual credentials. I took immediate action by opening a technical support thread on the forum [https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/659236/] to seek assistance in recovering my account. I have provided all necessary information, including my Social Club details and IP address, in the forum thread. Although initially the screenshots I provided were not functional, they have since been rectified.
I respectfully request that you reconsider the ban on my account and conduct a thorough review, including examining the logs to verify ownership. Additionally, I am willing to cooperate with any further inquiries or verification processes.
Furthermore, I acknowledge and consent to a money wipe if deemed necessary.
