Hello Lebron, i was banned for general rule 3.1, i didn't want to be seriously disrespectful to the other players, but i couldn't control my anger because they provoked me and forced me to do it, i accept my mistake insulting other people but im not going to be disrespectful to any other player again, could you reduce my punishment
