2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a. Thinking to lead NG was always a nerve wrecking thought, I could only dream about it but slowly after serving with my comrades working under the Ex leaders I understood that being a leader is not just a post or not just a person who gives commands, but the leader is the driving force of the organisation and is a person who needs to be proactive and respectful to all his team irrespective of their ranks. As a high command of NG and also the Lt General previously, and after serving 5 consecutive terms i have understood the true value of this organisation and hence i would love to lead this unparalleled pristine organisation.
b. If i am given an opportunity to lead the National Guard I will ensure that the activity is not only at a all time high but also the comrades are treated efficiently and the standards of the RolePlay are one of the best the city has ever seen. Along with this the one thing that is always paid attention to is the fact that bias and favoritism will never be practiced or promoted, not under my watch.
c. I have deviced an efficient strategy which in turn will benefit the RP of the server to exceeding limits. My primary approach as guided by the previous leader will always be that I will maintain good relations with other organisations so that joint missions that are carried out will always feel super realistic thus promoting new citizens (New players) to participate and enjoy their time in the city and in my term.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the Organization.
• Mandatory 3 Phase training to all officers who join irrespective of their previous experience to ensure RP is properly followed
• Weekly Joint training session of all departments.
• Dedicated bonus system - instead of division bonus the management team will give individual bonuses for deserving people only.
• Good communication between divisions as only we as a whole can make NG function properly.
• Allowing Base patrols to be done on cars and by air force in working hours with no cool down to have proper surveillance Bonus including patrols will be different
• Having strict action for any sign of rebellion towards the safety of our beloved city which will enhance the experience and also to conduct proper and routine searches towards the backgrounds of soldiers.
• Interactive and fun RP events would be hosted to ensure positive work environment throughout the term
