What happened:
I contacted Roberto Fire as soon as I received this horrible message that I was banned for 1 RP ticket I bought from someone.
I would never risk my time and deliberately exploit game bugs to gain an advantage ingame.
Since it is 1 RP ticket that I bought, I can't imagine why I could get banned for it!
I am well aware that you have your procedure, so that you can also make sure that I did not actively and consciously get into such a situation.
If I have made a mistake -unconsciously- then I am of course truly sorry and will definitely take better care in the future.
I would really appreciate it if you would unban me, I have a company - Vanilla Unicorn Nr.43 - and it would be a real loss if I lost it.
