I have recently go permanently blocked by Alex Odd for GR 1.1.
Reason Behind it was when the Respected Admin panel checked out my logs they found out 3 Rockstar Social Club Names {TR2YT , MICHIAKI_ , SMART_NAVANEETH}.
But it was actually a misunderstanding as I have recently changed My Rockstar Account Name From TR2YT to MICHIAKI_ .
