Rejected Ban for GR 6.17

So MR, Bobby I posted a CL report and the report got accepted but as well as i also got banned for GR 6.17 so first of all I am gonna say the truth, i was using Xbox capture (Windows + G) and I am extremely sorry about what i did and i was not aware that i couldn't use this software for capturing screen since i warned by @Oghi_Flann a long time ago when i was new to the city and he warned me to not to use OBS and the software should capture every overlay and I thought this captures every overlay since i use it always and i didn't thought this would be a problem for me because when ever i used to capture recordings i never noticed that it stops the audio if i open another windows and doesn't captures every overlay and I understand and accept the punishment given by MR, @Abood_Ryu but in my opinion i should be given a another chance since i was unaware of the issue but I will respect and accept your decision taken on me.
And i assure you MR, Bobby that would never use the software or any kind of software which only captures one overlay
