I hope this message find u well. iam making this complaint for the ban that i got today for the GR 1.9 . iam really sorry i didnt know this rule I'am feeling bad i dont wanna lose my progres and my familly because i really enjoy playing in this project . iam asking for a chance i accept money wipped i accept everything but please let be a part of this city again . i will never breake this rule . also i have clean punishment history. My best regards
