Approved Fear RP + UB Driving I 83456

I was helping my friend(137778) for collecting debts, 137778 got a demorgan for CR, but in the above given video, but the guy 83456 also did fear RP, we were 4 (3 in our car and 1 in the debt collector truck) chasing him and giving the demands but he didn't comply with the demands, I want admins to take proper decision for proper justice
