i got ban for bug abuse because i type on ooc chat and my character he is not calling ems position that is the video

i want to say just i call the ems but the character bugged he did not change her position and i got pov and i delete it because 48h passed of the situation and my evidence is the doctor {ems} he leave and after 15s he came back to the same places and he say i can patch them the id 282396 say to him leave we will rob them if he provide longer pov i stay there 5 min not 3min and on the same time u will see and verify what i say is true .
