Rejected Wrong ban

So I'm on my other account texting this because something happend I don't know, so let's get to the point. I didn't play or log on the server for 6-8 days and when I came back today to log in it said I was banned it says: "Your IP is blocked" Admin name: Napal Fedorov. Reason: Anticheat #1004. Date of blocking: 01.01.2024 18:18. So i don't know what happend here but I believe that it is a bug because as I didn't do anything wrong. And the weird thing is I like registered April or March 2024 and it says I was banned 01.01. 2024 so that's weird if you could do something about this I would highly thank you for it, because GRAND RP was my favorite game for a long time and I enjoyed playing it and I wouldn't even think of cheating because it's just stupid way to get banned, I was out of city so no one played on my account.
RAGE MP brings me joy and I enjoyed playing it and meeting new people.
