Dear Administrator,

Hello, I would like to explain what happened to me,

Firstly, I am a new person in city and my ID is 71279

The issue started when I saw everyone buying lottery tickets in large quantities, and I thought that one day a year there would be discounts on lottery tickets, but I was not sure about this thing yet. I was sure when I saw the Administrators opening lottery tickets, so I started buying from them also. I said why not, but After a while, I saw the Administrator warning against buying or opening them, so I left them immediately. I even had some of them and did not open them.
Today, while I was walking around the city, I got blocked for 60 days reason : investigation

I hope the blocked will be removed from me.
