Hello Mr. Mazhor,
This appeal is after i got removed from the admin team after James told me " Mazhor don't trust you " After what Adham told you about me.
I think i made the wrong title last appeal so this a new one to make everything clear, The EN1 removal is your decision so here is the full story.
I really didn't want to make a forum on someone who 'was' my friend but he really didn't give me any other choices by trying lying about me and sharing lies.
With all of my respect, i don't mean any disrespect but i will say the story from the beginning until now, to show everyone how much disrespect/unfainess i got from Adham Pluxury.
First of all, I wanted to be an admin in EN1 because all of my friends are there but for some issues i couldn't, So i left all my friends behind me and joined EN3 and played there JUST to apply for Admin there because i wanted to help the project in any possible way.
I Got my position in EN3 and got promoted to high level in the team ( 4 ) and i was one of the most active admins, But in 9.1.2023 I got a tag in the admin discord mentioning that i got Blacklist from EN3 admin team, which is unbelievable thing and i got shocked that time, I directly DMed Adham about it and asked him for the reason and he replied with the reason " Inactivity ".
I'm sorry but what ? Inactivity ?
In that time it was my first week in the University and i did told him in vc that i won't be that active just to manage my schedule then ill back to my old activity, after that i requested an LOA for about 3 days because i was very sick and was trying to manage my University schedule so i can handle both my studies and the Admin work. I requested an LOA from 15.8.2023 to 18.5.2023.
In EN3 Adham made a new rule for the admins that you CAN'T be in sleeping mode for more than 1 hour daily or you will get punished, So the days that i couldn't be active at all i just close EN3 and TOTALLY AFK in EN1, I didn't open EN3 for ~50 hours ( Less than 3 days ) because i was not able to be on the PC at all, that 2-3days i didn't open EN3 just to not get punished for the rule that he made, I was FULLY AFK MODE in EN1. Why i was even afk in EN1 ? Because i always AFK in the game whenever im not near the PC, i just open the game and AFK, when im sleeping/outside the house or doing anything. Thats how i have 12,300 hours in GRP within 2 years. im ALWAYS in the game AFK. it doesn't mean i was playing in EN1 and igroning EN3. No, i was just AFK there because i was fixing my university schedule so i can handle both things at the same time, literally after 1 day from the removal my schedule got fixed to the time that i want, if Adham didn't took that decision that fast or just asked me i would've sent him all proofs but he chose to do what he want without confirming.https://imgur.com/a/KbHpysw
Here is proofs of my placement test for the university showing the time and another proof when i was trying to fix my schedule just to be free for the admin team.
After he blacklisted me from EN3 admin i dmed Bobby about it and after minutes i saw Bobby in VC with Adham in Adham's discord server, stayed for about 15mins-30mins then Bobby left, from that time Bobby didn't reply to me about the reason or anything, Bobby used to reply but seems like Adham told him something about me that even prevented him to reply to me and just ignore my messages. That time i didn't want to report Adham because as i said he 'was' my friend and i can't report someone who was my friend one day. But after alot of discussion with my friends they told me to apply in EN1 but told me to appeal my EN3 admin blacklist just to not have any issues with the new admin team, even though that its EN3 blacklist not project admin blacklist. I listened to them and made a report for Bobby telling him the story but still it got rejected for the reason " Proper decision taken by the admin ". I don't know what type of evidences Adham has but Its just unbelievable to do all of that to me.

However, I applied for EN1 and got accepted, had one of the best interviews and got approved. After 2 hours from my interview i got the link to join the Admin discord server, I got shocked when i saw that i was BANNED from the server. Im sorry but didn't i get Admin Blacklist in EN3 only ? Why did i get banned from the admins server ??
That time Alex Odd was mad because he didn't want someone in the team who is blacklisted in other teams, after i showed him everything to prove the unfairness and to prove my story and sent the same for James, I got unbanned and invited to the team. That time i promised Alex and James that i will never let them down for giving me that chance, I worked SO hard as admin assistant even though that i was FIB Deputy at the same time and had a final exam in 1 week. I focused to work in the team and be " The best Assistant " As i promised James and Alex.
Everyone loves me, From the Higher-ups to the normal players. Whenever i say anything people start greeting me because they know im a good guy and that i want everyone to have fun.
After exactly 7 days as assistant in EN1 I had 4x the required tickets from me, 2x more than any other assistant and had enough knowledge for any interview as i was already an admin for months before.
But suddenly before 1 hour from my final exam i got a message from James saying that i will get removed and its your decision Mr. Mazhor, I though he was trolling or pranking then he will promote me But no, He was serious about it and was mad because of it, because he knows the truth and how much Adham wronged me and how much he was unfair to me.
Im making this appeal as my last shot, I provided the proofs to prove my story, Please Mr.Mazhor i just want my fair chance in the team in EN1 as i deserve it and i dont deserve to get this humiliated by Adham.
I left EN3 because of him and now he came to EN1 and when he saw that James and Alex are believing me he went to you. I can't say anything except that people do mistakes sometimes and nobody is perfect, Adham did a huge mistake and he might don't see it. So i made this forum to show everything as it might fix what happened and give me the justice that i deserve.
