Hello!

I am a new player.
I entered the game today and found myself blacklisted....I know it's because of the lottery ticket. What happened is that I found the lottery ticket yesterday and only bought about 20 of them. But what I also know is that I had nothing to do with this...no official warned us. Even send any messages to Discord
With all due respect to all officials, members may not be punished for game errors
