recently i was banned due to https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/6871/ for using cheats
me Raaone vercetti | 7271 was recently banned for using HP cheat which i didnt, and i will never cheat. you can see my ID too which is 7k which shows i am more than 4 months old which is a lot i never got demorganed /banned / warned. please take it into consideration doesnt break any rule. and about the cheat it was clearly his Ping issue which was causing the problem I am from India and you know what high hell of a ping we indians get in this server. and just not the difference but i play on mobile data with hotspot on my laptop as i have a job. after whatever is left in my phone data after working all day i play on it. and gets a very high ping in the POV also you can see me teleporting and my game was lagged for the starting as my ping wasnt Working at the start. after it fixes a little bit i have tried to move but still you can see me teleporting plus at last when the player sprays his Ak you can CLEARLY see that most of the bullets were hit behind clear cover which was clear DSYNC.

unfortunately i dont have a pov of that event but i have POV of me taking usual damage before an event of weapon factory and after event was weapon factory

we have done FZ after that event weapon factory , when my net was working good and at that time i am taking usual damage
if you can see my logs i guess i didnt got disconnected between that weapon factory and fz .

in this pov of biz war a day before that event and my last event attending before that weapon factory you can see me taking usual damage

in event before that weapon factory and after that weapon factory i am taking usual damage so i would i cheat only for one event . when the guy was spraying ak i was about to crash and if you know when someone is about to crash or lagged , we can see him getting damage in our screen but in actual he is not same thing happened to me . but due to recorder issue iwasnt able to take pov but i have putted other povs of event
and also i am in server for more than 4 months without almost 0 punishments please take it into consideration.

Vouching for him,I know he doesnt have a pov of THAT EXACT EVENT to prove his innocence,but he did provide the pov of other events where he received damage from other players in the event. Also you could notice that in the biz war event,his system was lagging so hard that it nearly took 3 seconds to load the pillbox interiors. And in the ng raid situation,he got inside the vehicle but due to some net connectivity issues,he automatically got outside the vehicle. This type of desync and net lags are faced by almost each and everyone in the server. I would request the admins who are reviewing this thread to understand his side and take further actions accordingly. I want to make this crystal clear that THIS IS NOT AN APPEAL FOR UNBAN,instead its just an explanation to whatever happened in the thread where he was accused of using health hacks

Dear Alex,
I can vouch for him as Countries like India and uae have high ping and playing sm times can be hella leggy leggy uncomfortable. I myself faces these problems where it looks like I'm eating the bullets but in my pov my game is stuck or frozen , often this results in my head popping or in his case teleporting, on daily basis I play grand with him as he is in my gang and I personally don't think he is using sort cheats and if he's doing then yes this punishment was right, but tbh lag and ping issues are quite common for indian/gcc players. Ik its not my place to interfere but I have faced the similar issues where I look like I'm taking in 100s of bullets yet not dying while my screen is frozen

thats what i have tried to explain , i was facing network issues which you can see in that guy's pov i am lagging and when he was sparying ak i was standing cause my game was about to crash , if you know when someone crashes you can see you giving damage to him , but in actually he was not taking

it was ping issue we getting in india and one more thing i play on mobile data which also increses ping issue , if you guys can check log i havent got disconnected between that weapon factory and fz so how is it possible that i am not taking damage in one and taking damage in another

I can vouch for him too. i have seen another POV where another guy had Ping issue his network went off for 10 15 sec ppl were stuck and when he came back everyone was shouting why are you not dying. and even if you see if a person DCs in events while shooting his character Keeps shooting until he comesback or gets timed out by RAGEM. You can even see his ID his ID is 7k. and looking into this clips shows he attended other events too. after the event so if he was really hacking he shouldve done it in the biz war. which is more logical to hack where he clearly DIED. and Net issue is real in india in the POV too u can see that the last 5 6 bullets were hit 1 2 secs after he was behind the container. Plus hes saying he uses MOBILE DATA which is worse. IF you want a live proof i can come in server JOIN a TDM and will PLUG out my wifi cable while shooting. you can shoot/give me damage but i wont die. EITHER if i reconnect i will come back or if i stay without clear connection. i will get timed out.

I didn't took 300 damage in my screen, I had only taken damage of 1 revo shot and 2-3 ar shots which I had recovered by using medkit , also in POV you can see me taking damage while I was behind containers , which clearly shows I was facing network issues

If you guys check my logs you will see I have used 2 medkits in the span of 3 mins in that particular event , if I was using health cheats in that event I would have never used medkits.

I have been playing on this server for more than 4 months with almost 0 punishment.

When I have found a guitar bug in prison I have choosen report to an admin rather than using it and run away from prison you can ask Martin miller and Bobby Margiela about this .

the guy like me why will ever put his account and work of 4 months on risk just for an event like weapon factory.

I would like to request please take this points in consideration too

Further I got an POV of another guy who have faced same issue but the difference is that guy crashed and I got my connection back after few seconds
Here is a POV in which you can see that guy is taking infinite damage before crashing.

Another thing there is a bug in which if any object between two guys , it shows damage is dealt to another guy but in reality he is not taking damage .
Which an admin told he is aware of that

Mee Too can vouch for him because wwe belong to the same family and have been freinds since like 2-3 months, laso he plays on mobile data and also countries like India and UAE..... etc have high ping, we Indians play on 999+ ping so there is a network problem, and i have came across a multiple videos In which the guy does not die even after dealing with 5+ rev shots and 2 headshots, in short I mean to say that it has been confirmed by admins that it is a bug , so if could warn him or send him demorgan and also the reason which was given was Cheats , is this bug a cheat, if yes then ban each and everyone who came across the same problem.......... This is what im talking about if you really want a CLEAR Proof I will get a friend and make him plug out his internet while shooting in an event. these are in no way cheats. this is clear ping issue. GRP is a RP server not a POVRR server. and another guy from 14k triad had the same issue he was indian too and was facing net issue due to a distant server and his wifi wasnt working perfect too. Proof.

I can vouch on him as he clearly mentioned that he plays from mobile data where in country like India 4g network is not that good due to which he has desync issue and you can check as well its not possible to record each and every event due to data limitations and the main events where u need to record is done by him. I would request to take the point into consideration as the player is playing from mobile data which has connectivity issues

we have tested that wired fance and thru it damage is deal 100% , so there is no issue with that one, i can accept that u had lagging and due to this fact damage was not received by you, in futurate if u have such similar issues please always make POV which will ur evidence in possible complains

At this time u will be unbanned.
