When I was collecting statues ID - 92356 started giving me demands without any RP reason and ID - 115297 killed me.

It is out of town and they asked you to leave the area without getting in the vehicle. They killed you because you got in the helicopter. No rdm here.

Its clearly visible in the POV that out of frustration the person killed the guy because he was not able to pick the statue .
Also there is No RP reason for killing the guy.

Without RP reason somone cannot demand another player and there was not any RP reason I can see.

Also, he multiple time asked me to not sit in car but I get into a chopper theres difference between cars and chopper if you don't know.
