Event Rule 1.2: It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after.
Rp ticket event starts at 16:30 (although it started about 16:31), in the Pov, the person was killed at 16:19, Hope this info's are enough!
