Hello, when I parked my food truck in front of the hospital (first clip), we were two vehicles in total and both vehicles can leave at any time (at the beginning of the clip, I was trying to reach the police for a different situation). I put my game in the background by pressing Alt + Tab, and when I came back, a person parked his vehicle between two trucks and blocked both of our exit paths. As you can see in the video, I've gone too far from the yellow sales circle. So he hit my truck multiple times and parked it.
I wanted to leave the area because I didn't want to stand side by side with two food trucks (there were two more food trucks near me from the back) in the same place, so I was going to go to the opposite sidewalk.
First, I tried honking and pushing back, but when it didn't work, I tried to reach the player (ID: 336654) via both chat and voice chat, he ignored me.
Vehicles around me / the person blocking me: (two picture in same link)
Even when one of the vehicles left the game(the vehicle in front), instead of moving forward he continued to stop at the only exit path and continued to ignore my attempts to speak. He made counter moves to continue blocking me over and over again.
I don't know him and I had no incident with him before this incident. So there's no possibility of revenge, so he's just a troll. Since I couldn't leave that area, my income dropped due to the food trucks around. He continued to commit this rule violation for literally 7-8 hours.

I request that he be issued a wrong parking & intentional accident ticket and jail by LSPD or admins. The evidence I have is sufficient for these two.
