On tuesday that is 07/05/24 I have requested a complaint --->POV REQ<---.
Admin named lucky singh reviewed the complaint and assigned 8hours to provide the pov .
But the thing that is concerning to players is :
1.He locked the pov req forum and by that even though the player has the pov , will get banned for ER 1.7.
2.He just requested the pov and I guess he forgot that , And its been 2 days since the complaint opened.
I reported this to opti yesterday but no change . I thought it would be better to inform the senior admins.
