Dear Lebron, hope your doing well,

I recently got blacklisted from the city and made a forum and it got rejected because of the lottery tickets bug. I really didn't know it was a bug no one did. and when I bought tickets I thought the issue was fixed at the time. I didn't know that I bought at a bad time I hope for forgiveness and a second chance to come back to the city.

I have a clean record and don't get myself into trouble and always play by the rules and keep my name clean. if it has to come down to a money wipe I agree to it.
