Life Story: Finley's Father came into LS in late 90's and worked as a Trooper while Larry was the Sheriff and Finley's Mother came into LS at the same time and she was working at DOC and one day both of them met and started a new life and Finley was born . After they got a nice lifestyle and growth in economy , Finley went aboard for studying and came back in 2019 and then he was looking for a job in the City but He wasn't fit for trooper and not even government so he joined NG but one day he thought this isn't the stuff he wants to do and started to fill the application for LSPD . He was selected in LSPD because of his shooting skills which was taught to him by his mom and some tech knowledge which was brought into the brain of Finley by his Father.
Career Story: Finley Started to work his roles under Chief Cash Yip doing everything he was told and was the best guy in the batch as he was getting easy promotions because of Patience and Loyal towards the job. Sometimes there would be a trouble but he usually solve it on his own. Finley started to make new friends usually high ranking officials like asd , ranker , master & eklavya but one day he got to know that Cash Yip retired and then Gabi Tosca became new Chief of Police and then he joined Detective division and learned a new stuff interrogation , investigation and many more but he left after that and join FTO and trained several people who are HC in this term and one day he became Lt. of FTO then Captain of Patrol and then Major of Patrol but due to court case he was demoted and then he left the LSPD in anger , did some robberies after that because no one was accepting him due to a false accusation but one day he met Ryan Slater and joined SAHP and then worked hard and made his father proud after becoming a HC in SAHP , but he got to know that his friend Eklavya became Chief and he was offered Major of FTO so he left and came back to PD for gaining his respect back , Worked hard changed some procedures and made FTO division on TOP again and now he would become next Head of Staff. There was a dream of Finley from beginning to become Chief of Police and after seeing the work culture he thinks he would be getting it.
Outcomes:
1-He can pick guns from ground and use it for combat or sell it
2-During his free time and with the help of his father he created a small camera which he attaches in the eyes of Chicken he carries to record 24/7.
3-He can carry LSPD weapons while off-duty for protection of civilians and to help PD officers in any situation
