Unfortunately I didnt recorded the very first seconds of this conflict but later there are a few rules brakes of Civil Rights anyway.
So what happened - I was near my house at beach market. Police officer id149950 come to me and asked my passport. I showed to him. Then he asked me if he can search me. I had a revolver and shotgun on me with 20-30 bullets. All these stuff I have from a gun store (with serials number) and I always have a gun license with me, cause I am not a gangster, so I do it legally (later at the POV I will show my license, when I will be in prison). So without any doubts I answered positive to police officer, that he can search me if he need. After that he cuffs me with no words and bring to a car, start his car and begin his ride to a jail. I asked him a few times what is going on but he ignored or didnt saw what I am typing. As I know he SHOULD tell me why I am arrested before he drives me anywhere unless it is not safe place to do that. We were on the beach market. No threats or whatever. So in a minute I got an answer that I have illegal guns. I replied that I have a gun license (from this moment you can see it on POV from 0:01 to 0:30) and he should check it. I repeated it a few times but officer ignored all my words. Later I asked for lawyer so I can protect myself as soon as I didnt do anything bad or wrong. He made a request, but when he drive me to a jail I didnt get a lawyer. I asked a few more times that I need lawyer to defend me (POV 8:08) and I have a gun license and he can check it but police oficcer ignored all these. After that sign me a fine and gave me 2 stars.

During the POV you can see that I told him so many times that I have gun license and that I need a lawyer to protect myself and my dignity.
This complain is not because I want to punish him. This is more for those chief officers who teaching a new stuff - pls explain them that people have rights and they are looking for justice. I am not criminal until it is proven. I have a rights to defend myself. And I cant be ignored because he is a cop and I am not. I lost my guns (he tooked it from me), I lost my time, a lost a deal that I had on a beach market. And that is all because this guy decided that I have no rights.
