2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Reason 1. As i have been working in NG in different terms i have got sevral experinece about how NG works and what are the weak point that needs to be seen carefully.Like unprofessional in gate duties in some important event og NG.Becoming leader of NG was my dream from a long time and it would be woth giving me a chance to take control of whole NG.
Reason 2. I was excited to jump back into NG during the Spike TermsThis time, I came in as a 2nd LT . I was good at handling serious situation. I got promoted to 1st LT pretty quickly in Samantha"s term. I was going to get promoted to Captain for my hard work and efort that i gave to NG but due to some issue i got balcklisted.
Reason 3 . I have worked in MP , HR , Air Force , SASD i have got many experince and seen the mistake that the HOD AND DHOD makes. My motive will be to figure out that mistake and solve it so there is no complaint or any problem.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. MY removing favouritism so the person who deserve the rank gets that rank and not any other rank.It will be given permision to LT general for aproving the hire and rank and to the HOD and DHOD of hr.
2. The termss i have worked in NG i ahve ssen that the people dont do the rp correctly my main focus will be to keep the rp ral as much as posible. No fun or misconduct in gate duty and no toxicity.
3 Event Attendance: Make it a priority for NG members to attend all relevant events, Such as FZ raid aircraft carrier Submarine Hostage situations Bank protection
And many more
4. Increased bonus so that the people who does there duty poperly gets the correct bonus will be calulated by hod and dhod of the department.
We will have the same 4 departments
Human Resources - For recruiting and training purposes
Special Air and Sea Division - Will do all combat based operations, attend all globals and events, and rescuse missions will be performed
Air Force - For scouting missions, transport and spport mission during any global.Military Police - For making sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly and keep the decoram of NG same for all.
