Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Partially Accept this report.

ID 97984 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.7
(If you got killed you cannot go back in a fight for 15 minutes.)

ID 97984 & ID 145378 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15
(When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.)

ID 114404 will receive a punishment for CR
(You can not car ram other cars intentionally)


As Per ID 145378 After Re-Checking it was not clear in your POV if he got finished, he can get back to fight.
As Per ID 114404: No NLR as he did not shoot at you after he got out of the collector's truck.

However,
ID 100421 will punished for Under Investigation​
