2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
NG is one of the first organizations I joined and it gave me a lot and I met a lot of friends. So NG is a great organization for both beginners and experienced people in the city and I realized this a long time ago. This fact and the opportunities offered by the organization made this organization my favorite organization over time. And I want to be the leader of this organization that I dream of and enjoy being in. I also have a lot of innovations and plans in mind for the organization and I know a lot of people who will help me on this path and I trust them all. I have also talked to a lot of NG leaders before and I have analyzed their mistakes and good things and learned lessons for myself. And this will be very useful for me, so I will be sure of what to do and what not to do in my term and we will have a successful term.
And another reason why I want to be a leader is because I believe that I have enough knowledge and skills and I believe that I can fulfill my duties. I was a Vagos leader before and I know very well the duties of a leader, what to do and what not to do, which behaviors will harm the organization and which ones will take the organization to the next level. And the fact that I have a superior experience on both the State and Crime side of the city makes me one step ahead of the others. For example, for example, I can predict all the plans of the gangs in the events we attend and I can predict what they will do and apply a strategy accordingly. And this puts us LEOs one step ahead of the gangs. We will also introduce new systems for people to have fun and feel at home. And we will do this without sacrificing discipline and professionalism. Also, the previous leaders bored people too much and they got bored with the NG. And that is the last thing I want. So we will always plan our next step and we will not allow such frustrating mistakes. In short, we will do our job properly.
One of the problems I usually see in NG is the problem of activity. People are active all together in one time zone and it's hard to find even 1-2 people in other time zones. And even the most important task of protecting the gates is abandoned because of the activity, and this affects both the organization and the RP level and quality in the organization badly and this affects people badly. And besides all this, we will turn NG into a warm family environment where everyone respects each other. And in order to attract people's attention, we will constantly organize new competitions among the staff and we will set up a nice bonus system, so that the organization will become more complacent and NG will see one of its best terms. I would be grateful if you give me a chance to prove myself and I feel very ready.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
We will do our best to keep our RP level at the top of the organization. I have certain plans for this and I can't wait to implement them.
First of all, we will hire people who meet our requirements for the organization and have a sufficient level of English and familiarity with the rules of the game. So there won't be random people in the organization who don't speak English, who mess around and break the rules. We will also try to keep the activity in the organization at a high level at all times and we will always have active HCs and soldiers at all hours so that the organization will run in a great order without any problems. And no discrimination, favoritism will never be tolerated in the organization, this is my red line and I will never allow this, whoever does this will receive the necessary punishment. We will reorganize the bonus system for our soldiers and make sure that people benefit from it to the fullest, so that people's willingness to work will increase. And we will provide regular trainings for people who are new to the organization and we will do our best to improve themselves.
Departments Will Be;
Human Resources & Training: This department is basically the key department of NG. This department will recruit new people, train new officers and keep the roster in order by constantly organizing the internal organization of NG. They will also organize Open Recuriements to meet new people and recruit them. They will also advertise NG to people in a mass way as an extra and meet new people in this way.
Military Police: This department will fight corruption within the organization. And they will keep people in order within the organization. And they will have a great power and they have to use this power correctly and make decisions on the spot, which is why the department will not include everyone, but only officers with a high level of knowledge. They also have to be professional at all times in cases. I will always keep an eye on this department and I will supervise them all the time. Also this department will supervise the officers all the time. They will do Bodycam checks on a regular basis and so on, so this department will always be under my supervision. It is one of the most important departments for NG.
Air Force: This department will be the long arm of the NG in the air and will perform special tasks in each mission. In the department, we will train talented pilots and give importance to their specialization in their jobs, so that people will have an opportunity to show themselves in this department. This department is as important as any other department.
S.A.S.D: In short, this team will play a big role in the events and will lead the events. This special team will include officers with good shooting skills who can keep their cool. Of course, they will have knowledge about events and special tactics. This department will work in a coordinated way and will never compromise on discipline and will not have problems with activity.
