Rejected RDM and No Fear RP

In the beginning bcoz of my reckless driving that guy get damage but then i said sorry bro but that wouldn't listen to me and started punching me near postal i took out my gun and said you have 5 sec to leave the area but still this guy won't stop punching me. This guy has no fear kept on punching me and killed me i don't want him to get banned i just want him to follow the rp rules
