I submitted a complaint about a player killing me while I was giving first aid. and he sends me to demorgan for fail rp while giving first aid. What in the world? I can't give first aid without talking?

I already served my Jail time, but I appreciate it. I've given first aid many times in my profession in real life. If the person is unconscious, what's the point of talking while performing first aid or CPR? He can't hear me anyway if he is unconscious.
