Rejected RDM by Darren Miller | warn

I got warning for RDM because i killed a guy who refused to listen to demands. In the POV we can clearly see that one of the guys is doing FearRP but another is doing VDM.
Guy who was doing VDM escaped when 3 of us told him to get out of the car, but other guy we tried to rob was doing FearRP while we gave him chance multiple times (we killed him and revived him multiple times but last time i called admin which sent me on warn for RDM). We started shooting at a guy that was doing RDM so we killed him.
In this situation i think that i deserve warn. I posted my friends POV because my POV has no sound.

I hope that this situation will be solved as soon as possible, thanks in advance!

you called for an admin ingame for fear rp and vdm when i got there i could see no VDM you was doing rp of trying to get the guy to put hands up and he was not complying you then turned to the black and white car that drove down the street and just sat in the road you then started shooting at it from a distance with out giving any demands you can not violate rules just because they violated vdm rules at that point i had not witnessed any vdm you need to report the vdm on the forum in complaints against players

Thats understandable because you couldnt see all what happend you just came by the time i killed him thats why i did this so you can see what happend from beginning. But i still think that this wasnt for warn.
