2 sahp officer cuf and heal me.. so in real life if someone die in water no one can cuff and heal underwater. if someone doing that in game it was pg and unrealstic.. william miller say NEXT TIME you try to jump in the water to drown yourself and avoid RP you will be PUNISHED. as you can see my pov am not drown my self. cops shoot me .. i try to avoid tha shoot thats why i go underwater after i die. i never drown me self to avoid rp. i real life if someone got shoot underwater.. he die automatically.. thay can be rescued by a boat.

Admin William Miller you literally see this is rule break and this is not in rules of cuff or drag in water allowed

ID 95559 and 79291 will receive a punishment for UB and PG

It is forbidden to use game mechanics to advantage + in real life no one is cuffed, heal and dragged UNDERWATER, they are rescued on a boat.

This was already discussed with higher admins and it was allowed if you think it's not then tell me how are they supposed to revive you and drag you out of the water? if you don't have a way then let's say it's not allowed then you jumping in the water forces them to have 0 chance to do anything and they just need to wait for you to get out of the water so it will wall fall under avoiding RP and the second thing if that wasn't allowed then it's scriptly impossible since there is no other way so it will be considered bug abuse and you can receive a ban

Every time there is a hostage situation almost everyone does it on the pier to abuse this by going in the water and most of the time players try to drown themself so they spawn in the hospital.

i see lots of pepole doing hostage situation in piar . and thay jump in water. thay can chase us.. as you can see i post on pov.. in that pov that fib guy doing good rp.. he chase me more than 15 minute.. after on shark kill me.. everytime cops shoot us in water we die. and spawn in hospital.. thay need to chase us in water.. by swim or boat.. in real life.. criminal can jump in water for escape that situation.. also cops cant heal any persion inside water.. if we dont jump in water we have 0 chance for escape... becoz if we try to run from car.. we need to go starting of piar.. for that i nned to take hostage in my hand just for our safety(after negotiationdone). but if we do that. some admin will punish my family for pg. becoz i hold hostage after getting money.. i allready got punish before for that
see this pov cops wating for us in beach when my fam member get out of the water cops kill him and arrest him.. thay can do this every time.. thay dont have 0 chance get out of the water

next time if u will jump in water in RP situation u will be punished with warn for evading of RP !

And officers RPly saved ur life by offering first aid assistance
