Rejected VDM and Breaking Rule of new life

Player 146988 do VDM 2 times and Breaking Rule of new life . when 1 time he do i am safe and called the admin. At that time his car blast and he die and goes to hospital but at the same time he came back to same location and start doing VDM again and at time time you see i am taking with the admin and he killed me with his car.
