Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Reject this report.

As Per ID 65690 Saying: "hallah, hallah, hallah" here does not bring religion, as it is a sign of surprise.
It has the same effect as: Oh My God!

As Per The Fail-RP: The officers does not need to say: "I am cuffing" nor "I am uncuffing you" as it shows on the left side screen as commands

But,
ID 65690 will receive a punishment for FL in GZ
(All players must be able to communicate in English and IC chat must be English only)​
