He entered a private property so I tried to do some RP and then got to know it was his friend's house but when he was going he abused a civilian( Time stamp POV 1 00:26 ) on duty which is

he simply ran away when I found him again he started arguing and refused to show his ID also he mentioned that he is HC but from my experience, I don't think so cuz he was not wearing a balaclava. Please check and give punishments to this corrupt guy who breaks the rules and destroys our RP experience.

Lemme tell you I saw the plates first while dealing with you and I got this habit of seeing the plate fast from FIB only when I was DHOD OF UC. Also, it's worth mentioning that not showing ID comes in GR 6.4 read server rules.
