2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. As I said my first application , When i came this city , firstly i want to join SAHP . So If i had to chance to become a Sheriff , I would be so happy if i got leadership.
I think i am so ready for this position , also my deputies experienced for that position. We get ready before a month , gaining level , join state orgs. , already get knowledge about departments. Get ready about SAHP , gained experience in other ORGs , so i think i am so ready for leading this awesome org.
2.2 I know how to get organized , how to be unity each other , how to be organized with other LEOs. I host many events while on SAHP and LSPD . Also I have been selected one of my deputy so he have knowledge about departments , LEOs . So if i had this position i will firstly get recruit people . Thats the way have good activity. unprofessional things isnt tolerated. So we have good knowledge units.
2.3 My friends is try to encourage my for applying this position , also not according them i want to took office also . I saw some disrespectful high-commands , i saw some high-commands abusing their position , also i saw some corrupt leader , Me and my deputies won't tolerate to rulebreaks , we will as a family , doesnt toxicity in Radio or Org email , we cant do anything to dms but we dont tolerated to ic or ooc toxicity. Or no tolerate to org hoppers. We will open arrest warrant , as much as possible we try to make ic rp.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Hire +3 age units , also test them knowledge with hr team. HR is which department is most important for me , because if you have good Human Resources you got well-knowledge unit . So if they have knowledge they will follow chain-of-command so hr team wont do rulebreak and well-experienced hr units for me most important thing for run a org like a SAHP.
3.2 Given bio's also important thing for me , if someone have bio , he will do rp so in server rp will be improve and more players get informed faster about the roleplay terms and server rules. I will be give bios to who knowledge about corruption so in server rp will be improved faster so in city we will have active 5 units to corruption .
2.3 Rulebreaks isn’t tolerated , the basic rules were is like powergaming , metagaming also count as a rulebreaks so we will enforce strict rules and if any rules violated by my unit , will face punishment up to blacklist. But it doesn’t mean I won’t defend my unit , I will defend but , If there is a serious rule violation it will be faced big punishment by curator approval.
2.4 According to Leader rule 1.9 it must be host event 2 per week , expect this rule we will have experienced PR team for hosting a events communicate with citizens , take their opinions or questions they wanted to ask sheriff , also I will host a events “not a leader rule 1.9” for my interest think like a pr event , As I said for me the most important department is HR after that is PR because you must have an citizens opinion about sheriff .
