I have been playing this game for 3 years. I have put in a lot of effort and I try to play without making any rule mistakes. I have not logged in to the game for about a year, I took a break from the game. I have not logged into my account from any other computer except my own computer. But suddenly I got a permanent ban. It is a game that I enjoy playing and I have put a lot of effort into it. I don't want to lose it. I would be happy if you help thank you.
