I think the evidence is clear, id 12555 isnt wearing %51 of gang colours.

Also he does not need to wear 51% as you entered the HQ and he told you to leave which is fine. As hes not doing any gang activites.

I'm standing in HQ chilling and you keep coming to my HQ baiting reports, maybe stop being so petty or should I also use POV of me telling you TWICE to leave in two different situations when you didn't leave and give you a warning?

It is okay for gang members to not wear gang clothes while hanging out and not doing gang activities. Also why you going to their HQ?​
